Abel Reizen travel agency books the best results by improving the online customer journey

Alongside his job as a business economics teacher at a secondary school, Daan Remijnse worked as a tour guide in Norway. In 2018, he started Abel Reizen, which organizes trips to Norway, Sweden and Finland. With the help of the Google Digitale Werkplaats, he can respond to his customers’ travel needs more effectively and efficiently online.

Based on his experience as a tour guide in Norway, Daan already knew a lot about the country. “It’s become my mission to get as many people as possible to enjoy the beauty that Norway and the other Scandinavian countries have to offer.”

As a result of the coronavirus crisis, Daan’s business ground to a halt. As a result of workshops and coaching from the Google Digitale Werkplaats trainer, I’ve seen a doubling in the number of bookings. I also expect to see a doubling in revenue this year. When you consider that we’ve achieved that just by improving organic website traffic, it’s an amazing result.
